1V Health Return Policy

At 1V Health, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@1vhealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.
4. Ship the return to:

3. Refunds & Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you received a defective or damaged item, email support@1vhealth.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used supplements
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.
